Mummas – It’s Time to Get Back on the Road to Feeling Strong!

I have been a Personal Trainer for almost 10 years now, but it wasn’t until I gave birth to my son in 2011 that I truly began to understand the physical demands that motherhood imparts on the body, nor how difficult it is to get back in shape, not just physically, but mentally as well. That is why I have made it my mission to help mums not only lose that dreaded baby weight, but rehabilitate their bodies following pregnancy and child birth, and develop the strength that they need to see them through the physically challenging job that is motherhood.  That is why I launched Mummafit Chichester this Spring – a weekly class for Post Natal Mums in the park.   Our classes are simple, effective, full of variety and most of all fun and social. And of course, baby can come too.  So if you’ve just had a baby, come along and join us.
